Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a sidescrolling platform game for the NES, developed by Konami and released in 1989. It is based on the cartoon of the same name.
Description
The first objective in the game is to rescue April O'Neil, who has been captured by Bebop and Rocksteady. The player must navigate several short stages entered through an overworld to find her. April is first found in one of the sewer stages, where they fight Bebop. After he is defeated, Rocksteady carries April over his shoulder and takes her away. Next, the player must enter a warehouse level and find April again, this time battling Rocksteady before freeing her.
