The Queen's Pendant is the first episode of Angie Girl (女王陛下のプティアンジェ), an anime series about the adventures of Sherlock Holmes's niece Angie Islington. The series and the character were renamed to "Charlotte Holmes" in some translations.
Description
Angie is captured and left bound and gagged in a storeroom. Her hands are tied behind her back, her feet are tied, and she is gagged with cloth. She is shown hitching herself along the floor towards a window, upsetting a stack of crates in the process, and Angie whines into the gag as rats land on her. She is sweating from the effort as she reaches the middle of the floor. After a brief rest, she struggles against the ropes for a moment, but soon realizes that she is helpless and begins to cry as she gazes out the window.
