"Good morning. This is the Midgar nine o' clock news. In the early hours of this morning, Shinra operatives performed a raid on a bar in Sector 7 believed to be associated with the terrorist group AVALANCHE. Several people were arrested under suspicion of being AVALANCHE agents and transported to a holding facility on foot, including one infiltrant from Wutai, supporting the earlier statement from Shinra HQ that AVALANCHE is colluding with their government to destroy Midgar. A Shinra spokesperson explained that the prisoners had to be stripped naked to ensure they carried no contraband. It is currently unclear why only the female prisoners were given this treatment."
